・Designing and creating visually stunning websites and digital experiences ・Developing and implementing visual identities for clients ・Collaborating with creative, development and client services teams to deliver projects ・Staying current on industry trends and technologies to bring new ideas to clients ・Presenting design concepts and explaining design choices to clients and stakeholders ・Managing multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met ・Mentoring junior designers and providing design guidance ・Resolving design challenges and finding creative solutions to meet client needs ・Contribute to business development activities, such as proposals and pitch presentations.
・A true team player ・Over 3 years of experience in a professional environment - experience in a digital agency is definitely a plus. ・Proficient in using Figma for designing user interfaces and experiences. ・Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects ・Exceptional design skills with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse projects ・Creative problem-solver who is not afraid to challenge traditional design approaches ・Strong knowledge of industry tools with the ability to adapt to new technology advancements ・Proven ability to simplify complex information and turn it into meaningful design concepts ・Experience in overseeing the development process, with a focus on quality control for design and functionality ・Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members ・Driven by a passion for design and a curiosity to discover new things ・Travel time should be less than an hour to Amsterdam, with the possibility of remote work throughout the year.
